Traditional-non-traditional cuisine, sensitively working with the products of our country.
Our aim is to set the direction of Czech gastronomy and improve its level. Simple and natural processing of traditional ingredient in the highest quality is essential for us. Seasonal and local offers in imaginative combinations and direct context. We choose our local suppliers with care. They are honest and warm-hearted people whom we trust, they are engaged in cultivation or breeding in the highest quality.
We try to follow the procedures of our ancestors who knew how to work with ingredient. They knew that everything makes more sense in modesty, and eating according to the seasons will support this even more.

Martin Makovička
He takes his work as a mission to give joy and connect people through honest food. He gained experience in the Czech Republic and around the world. Vallmo is his first concept.
